From years ‘Roasted Recipe’ been one of the favourite by all religious in Malaysia especially the traditional charcoal roasted and Hong Kong Style Roasted with particular recipe.  The local originated from Kulai, Johor Mr. Lee Sze Wei who born in year 1981 is the founder and immediate owner of the charcoal hong kong style roasted house “Restoran Sin Beijing” at Johor Bahru, with assisted by his lovely wife Ms. Chan Mei Kuan.

Mr. Lee who with age of 33 years old currently, touched and initially stepped into the food industry since his age of only 13 years old in year 1994 joined his elder brother’s roasted restaurant began as shop assistant in ‘Sin Keong Kee Roasted’ (pronouns) in Kulai, Johor for about 3 years.  Later on having interest in experience the roasted recipe began his roasted career by learning from brother at age of 16 years old on their home recipe.

From there Sze Wei spent another 14 years to expose and experience in the restaurant reached year 2011 with age of 30 years old, subsequently successfully established his very first and owned roasted house in Taman Impian Emas with his modified home recipe serving the public with name “Restoran Sin Beijing”, also exercising charcoal roasted to further his explosure in the f&b industry, operating together with his wife Mei Kuan who with age of 30 years old recently, formerly under-employed in Singapore returned to home country and stepped into the industry in 2011.

In this hong kong style charcoal roasted specialize shop, surely the founder’s top recommended will be their Roasted Pork Belly which marinated with his 8 home recipe ingredients then charcoal roast for about 45 minutes before served, presenting the eatery texture when bites especially the crispy skin level.  Secondly will be the signature Roasted Duck which marinated with more than 10 ingredients and herbals inserted into the duck stomach then roast for 30 minutes you must try, exotic when tipping on their in house sweet and sour sauce provided.  Others, you must not missed their Roasted Char Siew which marinated with about 9 ingredients then roast for 45 minutes using fresh pork with slight fats served topped with their home recipe sauce also one of the most wanted by not only regular customers but also visitors.  Among all foods available in the restaurant, you cannot missed one of their signature Honey Roasted Pork Ribs which not easily found in other roasted stall nowadays.  The Rosated Chicken which been roasted to dry up for about ten minutes then deep fried for another about 10 minutes too their most saleable in the roasted house, served topped with their home recipe soya sauce makes you raise up your hand for another ‘add rice’, never regret after taken in “Restoran Sin Beijing” by Lee Sze Wei.
