Mr. Tan Boon Tien who is local origin born in year 1978 bodied up with Ms. Peh Siew Yen who born originated from Ipoh, Perak in year 1970 and Mr. Lim Thiam Chuan who also local born in year 1973 are the founders and owners of the “Kedai Makanan Dan Minuman Chang Lai” handmade noodles house at Skudai, Johor with choices in their home recipe.
Tan Boon Tien who with his age of 36 years old recently grown up since teenager in a f&b family while parents, his father Mr. Tan Chye Hock (67 years old currently) and mother Madam Loh Sook Tian both running their food stall in a restaurant in Kempas, Johor named ‘Zhen Zhen Mee Hun Kueh’ since 1990s, operating recently.
Boon Tien at his age of 20 years old touched the food industry helping parents in their mee hun kueh food stall experience the career, initially stepped into the industry afterwards in year 2007 with his age of 29 years old. He experienced, been generation passed onto from parents their home recipe then opearting for another five years reached year 2012 to sharpen and strengthen his eatery cooking career.
With the recipe and experience hold, Boon Tien having his mission to expose further in the industry, then formed up with Ms. Peh and Mr. Lim studied deeply to variety their eating menu other than his home made mee hun kueh in the same year 2012 successfully established their very first and owned handmade noodles specialize shop named it “Kedai Makanan Dan Minuman Chang Lai” at Taman Impian Emas introducing their various recipe and choices foods.
In this handmade noodle house, the owner’s top recommended will be the Original Soup Noodle which served using their signature handmade noodle in three options, mee hun kueh, pan mee and yiu mee. Cooked in their soup base which boiled for 3 hours with giant bones, ikan bilis and their 6 home recipe ingredients served topped with handmade meat ball, fish ball, marinated pork slice and veges presenting a complete bowl of soup noodle with exotic taste. Secondly will be their Meat Mince with Mushroom Noodle which in dry kon lou served top mixed with home recipe pork minced fried with mushroom slice brings the best eatery.
