Madam Lim who with her age of 57 years old recently been more than 20 years under employed in Singapore returned to home country in year 1999 taken up the responsibility to taking care her family, initially touched the food industry in her age of 30s when working in Singapore helping her elder sister at her mee hun kuey food stall ‘Kui Lian Mee Hun Kuey’ (pronouns) running in Jurong, Singapore after her working hours. Madam Lim who since teenager having great interest in cooking eatery experienced few years in the career with sister enabled her to established her very first and owned mee hun kuey shop in year 1999 in Johor Bahru named “Restoran Yi Bao” which now exposed into two outlets in Johor, assisting by two sons.
Her elder son Wicky Tan who born locally in year 1978 with age of 36 years old recently, stepped into the f&b industry after a year his mother founded the restaurant been full time assisting in the shop and been generation passed onto their home recipe. While younger brother Tan Jian Han who born in year 1985 touched the industry since teenager helping in restaurant during his school off, stepped into the career after his education at his age of 18 years old in year 2010 incharge of the main shop, enabled to expose their second outlet in Taman Desa Cemerlang, Johor handling by Wicky Tan untill currently.
