The local origin Johorean who born in Yong Peng, Johor in year 1972 Mr. Goh How Keong who was the founder and immediate owner of the nationwide outlets “Restoran DST” serving the signature claypot frog porridge to the public currently operating eleven branches in Malaysia.

Mr. Goh who with his age of only 42 years old recently, formerly in Agriculture Industry stepped into the food and beverage field in year 2007 at his age of 35, began from Kluang, Johor established his very first owned “Restoran DST” introducing home recipe Claypot Frog Porridge, reached year 2014 successfully exposed to 11 outlets throughout the country.

While in year 2011, the couple Mr. Soh Chee Siong (Ah Siong) and wife Ms. Tew Lee Luan bodied up with Goh running the Jalan Dedap, Taman Johor Jaya outlet not only serving their top Signature Frog Porridge, but also Ah Siong’s recipe dishes to variety the choices in the restaurant.  Ah Siong who stepped into the industry since year 1977 at his 21st years old by recruited himself into a chinese cuisine restaurant in Pontian named ‘Mei Wei Restaurant’ as kitchen trainee began his career for 5 years then been transferred to Yong Peng outlet ‘Rong Cheng Restaurant’ as main chef for another 20 years enabled him to further strengthen his profession.  Later on in year 2003 Ah Siong established his ‘Kedai Makan Yi Shun’ at Jalan Hussien Benut together with wife serving chinese cuisine for about 6 years reached year 2008, discontinued recently.

Finally in mid year 2011 joined Mr. Goh How Keong operating the recent “Restoran DST” at Jalan Dedap, Johor untill recent.  In this restaurant, surely the top recommended in menu will be their Signature Claypot Frog which with two choices of flavour either spicy boiled fresh frog in their home made sauce from 5 secret recipe ingredients mixed of dry chilli and ‘Chili Padi’ taste sweet and spicy you must try when reached the restaurant.  Another is their oyster sauce onion claypot frog also the most wanted by their regulars.  Secondly of course introducing their exotic tasty Claypot Clear Porridge which 45 minutes boiled from mixture of 2 different quality rice in claypot will be the perfect match taken with their claypot frog especially poured into the sauces.

Others, their Deep Fried Kampung Fish also one of the recommended in menu, using fresh kampung fish deep fried then topped poured onto their recipe boiled oil and soya sauce brings the best eatery in town.  Nonetheless, for those who like spicy and curry must order their Claypot Curry Fish Head to be the signature wanted not only by locals but also visitors.  Fresh deep sea Red Fish head boiled in their more than 10 ingredients curry paste served in claypot mixture of veges, tau pok and tau kee you never regret after consumed when stepped into the “Restoran DST” at Jalan Dedap, Taman Johor Jaya.
