The North Malaysian brothers who originated from Ipoh, Perak Mr. Loh Kim Wah with age of 52 years old currently and younger brother Mr. Loh Kam Choy who born in year 1968 are the founders, together with their nephew Mr. Chin Chee Seong born also in Ipoh age of 33 recently are the owners of the group of their f&b outlets, also in Johor Bahru named “Restoran Man Wah” serving Chinese Cuisine at Taman Sutera Utama.

Loh brothers who initially in Engeneering Industry all the while exposed in Singapore, also interested in eatery realised the market opportunity in food industry then stepped into in year 2010 bodied up with their nephew Chee Seong who generation from family Chinese Herbals Industry, successfully established their very first and owned chinese cuisine restaurant in Tanjung Tualang, Perak named “Restaurant Kim Wah” began their f&b enterprenuership.

With the experience and response from the public enabled them to expose into South Malaysia reached Johor Bahru operating their second (2nd) outlet with different concept serving various menu and mini steamboat known the “Nice To Share” restaurant at Taman Nusa Bestari, Johor after 2 year in 2012.  Afterwards, in order to have another traditional chinese cuisine explore in Johor made them again established another restaurant named “Restoran Man Wah” which been recognized in Malaysia Best E-media at Taman Sutera Utama, began in year 2013 transferred both experience Chef from Ipoh introducing their hometown recipe to the locals and visitors.

Never stop foot step again under the market demand and supported by the local authority enabled Loh brothers and Chee Seong to established their very 1st time Halal series restaurant at Tanjung Tualang, Perak the “Restoran Sri Tanjung Tualang” in year 2014.

In the recognized Restoran Man Wah, the top recommended in menu will be their Signature Steamed Chicken in Abalone Sauce.  Using tradition Kampung Chicken steamed with home recipe sauce by chef then served in cutted pieces brings the best freshness and meat texture when bites.  Secondly will be their Cincalok Steamed Fish which also locally known as ‘Ba Tong Steamed’, with the choices of Tilapia Fish, Baung, Seabass or Soon Hock steamed topped with their recipe sour and spicy sauce mixture of Petai, Pineapple cube and chilli will be the most wanted by those who like spicy.

Others will be their home style cooked Signature Soy Sauce Sea Prawn, fried fresh sea prawn then poured into soy sauce fried mixed together then served on plate looks homestyle but taste exotic, you must try when reached Johor Bahru.  Again their healthy recommended Spinach In Clear Soup also one of the signature in menu, the favourite by aged citizens and visitors.  Somemore the recipe from Ipoh, Signature Salted Egg Steamed Tofu is one of the never missed dish in the restaurant.
