TAY FAMILY WITH SECOND GENERATION EXPOSED INTO THE 10TH YEARS, INTRODUCING THEIR HOME RECIPE CHINESE HERBAL “MEE HUN KUEH”

Tay Kok Cheng who with age of 52 years old been in Food Supply Industry for more than 10 years having great interest in eatery have toegther with his elder sister Madam Tay reached Singapore in year 2005 learnt and experienced the Mee Hun Kueh recipe from their master named ‘Siew Yap’(pronouns), then established their very first and owned mee hun kueh specialized shop named “Restoran Shun Lee” initially stepped into food and beverage industry began their career journey at Taman Nusa Bestari with starting only serving their home made chinese herbal and clear soup base mee hun kueh, with assisted by Mr. Tay’s wife Ng Chau Leng.
Their second generation who touched the industry since kids during school off and weekends, initially fulltime stepped into the industry after seven years operated in 2012, Mr. Tay’s eldest daugther Ms. Evelyn Tay Wan Chi who only with age of 26 currently running the retail restaurant been bodied-up with her cousin brother Mr. John Yong Wei Tong (Madam Tay’s son) who been generation passed onto their home recipe as chef, both assisting parents further their exposure in the industry.
