The Melacca originated Mr. Yong Hock Leong who born in year 1973 and wife Ms. Lor Li Chyun at her age of 42 currently are the immediate owners of the “Kedai Makanan & Minuman Teck Lai” fish meat noodles in Johor, later bodied up with younger brother Mr. Yong Hock Huat further exposed in the f&b industry presenting their home recipe deep fried fish fillet and hand made mee hun kueh or pan mee.
Yong Hock Leong or known Ah Di who with age of 41 years old recently, reached Johor Bahru in year 1989 at his 16th years of age formerly was a night market trader for more than ten years, stepped into the food and beverage industry together with wife since year 2010 at Taman Johor Jaya. Both the couple (Ah Di & Ms. Lor) who having interest in f&b career grapped an opportunity to learn and been generation passed onto them from an old couple who were the founder of the “Teck Lai Mee Hun Kueh” their traditional home recipe enabled them to take over the career and began their food industry explosure named “Kedai Makanan & Minuman Teck Lai” at Johor Bahru in year 2010.
While their younger brother Hock Huat who born in year 1975 also originated from Melacca, formerly in transportation industry joined his brother and sister in-law in their noodle house since 2013 together introducing their home recipe fried fish meat and hand made noodles mee hun kueh attracted not only locals but also visitors from other states.
