One of the Chinese Hainan religion’s traditional food recently known “Hainanese Chicken Rice” nowadays famously taken by all other local religions especially in Malaysia and Singapore.  The local originated Johorean, Madam Lee Yen Kun who born 1965 in Batu Pahat is the current owner of the “Swee Bee Hainanese Chicken Rice” specialized shop in Johor, being assisting by daughter Ms. Ngan Quan Tee who with her age of 25 recently, presenting their home recipe hainanese chicken rice to the public.

In year 1999, one of Madam Lee’s best fren known Mr. Ong who is Singaporean who established the “Swee Bee Hainanese Chicken Rice” on his interest.  Later on unfortunately due to certain circumstances he unable to continue operating given Madam Lee who all the while having extreme interest in eatery and f&b industry, formerly an housewife, to grapped the opportunity to decide stepped into the industry by taking over the career in year 2006 at her age of 41 years old.  Lets her dream came through to expose in food and beverage industry began her journey.

While her young daughter Ms. Ngan Quan Tee who born locally in year 1989, who also interested in the industry initially stepped into the industry assisting mother in the restaurant since year 2009 at her age of only 20 years old, been five years explored in the industry, recently been paased onto all the home recipe.

In this chicken rice shop, the top recommended among menus surely will be their traditional Hainanese Steamed White Chicken Rice, which boiled in home recipe soup base then served in cutted pieces presented on some cucumber slice and beansprout then poured onto their recipe home made soya sauce brings the exotic taste, especially the steamed chicken meat texture itself you must try when reached Batu Pahat, Johor.

Secondly will be their Roasted Chicken, which using chicken weight of 1.9kg according to Madam Lee, then deep fried for half an hour after marinated with their recipe made up from 6 secret ingredients also the most wanted and best seller in the restaurant taken with their quality rice which cooked insided with ginger slices, pandan leaf and natural chicken stock abstracted from their steamed chicken soup.

Moreover, they also introducing the Roasted Pork Belly which made from their home recipe marinated with about seven ingredients mixture then roasted for about 45 minutes, brings the best meat texture and crispy bites on skin level.  Others, their sweet taste Roasted Pork or known ‘char siew’ also among the recommended which need to roast for an hour in 5 ingredients mixture to present their in-house taste.

For side order selection, you cannot missed their Deep Fried Beancurd.  White water beancurd cutted into cube then deep fried, poured onto their in-house recipe Thai sauce and topped with veges shredded and peanuts shredded bring a special sweet and sour taste you will regret after taken.  Nonetheless, their Boiled Vegetables selections poured onto oyster sause and fried garlic shredded, and Boneless Sweet & Sour Chicken Feets also those best selling menus cannot missed when stepped into the “Swee Bee Hainanese Chicken Rice”.
