The local originated Mr. Yeow Kok How who born in year 1976 at Kluang, Johor was the founder of the famous “Restoran Sek Wei Tian” and together with his lovely wife Ms. April Lim Siew Hwa who born in year 1977 from Muar, Johor are the recent owners of their local and chinese cuisines seafood restaurant at Kluang, Johor for pass eighteen years introducing home recipe to the public.

Mr. Yeow who also known Ah B with age of 38 years old currently, initially stepped into the chefing career in food and beverage industry since year 1991 at his age of only 15 years old as kitchen trainee joined the ‘Lok Siang Fu’ chinese cuisine restaurant in Kluang for about five years reached 1996, became a Chef then continued exposed in the career.

With his great interest in chefing career and grapped the opportunity with his friend bodied-up in year 1996 August successfully established their very first and owned restaurant at Taman Intan (recent location), Kluang named “Restoran Sek Wei Tian” presenting their signature menu to suit locals and visitors.  While after two years in 1997, Ah B been taking over the restaurant and operating with assisted by wife untill now been recognized as one of the Malaysia’s Best restaurant in town.  While his wife April Lim stepped into the industry since year 1997, a year after established helping husband to further expose towards success.

In this restaurant, the founder’s top recommended among menus will be their Signature Nyonya Fish which usually using Talapia Fish steamed with their home made nyonya sauce made up with ten ingredients brings the sour and spicy taste you must try when reached Kluang, Johor.  One of the best exotic dish in town.

Secondly will introduce one of their top seller, Cheese Chicken which chicken cutted into cube slices deep fried then mixed fried with mixtures of sugar, salt, butter, cheese, curry leaf, chili padi and poured into ideal milk presenting the best eatery you never regret after consumed, especially the crispy and exotic taste when putting into mouth and the chicken meat textures itself as a result of deep fried before served, taste slight sweet.  Also one of the most wanted by their regulars and visitors either adults or children.

Another signature being recommended will be their home recipe Pumpkin Spare Ribs which taste sweet and exotic after fresh raw spare ribs deep fried then mixed fried with ideal milk and pumpkin juice paste home made by Ah B.  Not easily found in other chinese restaurant, it is also well known as healthy dish with pumpkin.  Moreover, their Salted Egg Crab also the recommended which using imported crabs from Singapore with weight of 500 to 600 grams, steamed then deep fried before mixed with salted egg yolk and butter.  You must not missed when reached “Restoran Sek Wei Tian”.

Nonetheless, for those who likes spicy and curry should try their Signature Curry Prawn with Buns.  Using fresh sea prawn cooked in their home recipe curry paste made from more than 10 Ah B’s secret ingredients then poured into with an chicken egg brings the smoothness and tasty of the curry sauce specially tipping onto with their hot fried chinese buns or known ‘man tou’, you never regret when stepped into this restaurant.
