The local origin Johorean Mr. Eng Pong Chong who born in year 1931, originated based from Renggam, Johor was the founder and owner of the well known “Cincin Restaurant Sdn. Bhd.” recently operating in Kluang, Johor serving exotic outstanding chinese cuisine to the public, for more than 30 years.

Mr. Eng Pong Chong who with his age of 84 years old currently, since kids following parents grown up in Renggam, Johor initially during teenagers worked as a shop helper in retail shop at Renggam having vision to establish his own enterprenuership, during age of 37 began his mobile stall as fish seller.  Fortunately later on having a retail stall in the Renggam fish market continued his career.

In year 1983, Mr. Eng stepped into the food and beverage industry by established his very first and owned chinese cuisine restaurant named “Cincin Restaurant” with single shoplot at Renggam exposed for another few years before reached Kluang, Johor.  With the market opportunity grapped, Mr. Eng successfully moved his career to Kluang in year 1987 expanded his restaurant into an Air-Condition Chinese Cuisine Restaurant began with three shoplots, then recently operating five shoplots with 2-stories.  While in year 2003, again established outlet at Taman Aman, Kluang enables function with more than thousand pax with 140 tables.

His second generation, Eng Sau Long (eldest son), Eng Sieow Yong (2nd son), Eng Siew Wah (3rd son), Eng Sau Huei (youngest son), Eng Siew Chin (eldest daughter) and Eng Siew Kian (younger daughter) all being assisting father in the restaurant further their explosure in the f&b industry.

While Mr. Teng Kock Chuan who also Johorean originated from Batu Pahat, with his chefing experience since year 1987 joined “Cincin Restaurant Sdn. Bhd.” as Chief Chef leading their restaurant’s kitchen and chefing team towards today’s succeed.

In this restaurant, the founder’s top recommended will be their Signature Fruits Mixed with Fish.  Which using fresh grouper fish deep fried then poured onto their home recipe sauce made up of 5 ingredients with fresh local fruits mixture brings the sour, sweet and slight spicy taste, one of the best eatery you must try when reached Kluang, Johor.  Especially the crispy bites fish meats itself when consumed into your mouth.

Secondly will be their very signature menu, locally known ‘PiPa Duck’.  According to their Chef Teng, duck with net weight of 1.8-1.9kg used for 30 minutes charcoal roasted without marinated ingredient brings the duck’s natural freshness taste taken tipping onto their home recipe sweet and sour sauce provided, you will never regret after taken.  Duck meats texture itself and crispy outer skin level makes you never forget.

Besides, the Mongolia Pork Trotter also one of the recommended among menus.  German pork trotter stewed for about 3 hours in their in-house herbal soup base then deep fried for another ten minutes before served, and served topped onto their home recipe mongolia sauce made with mixture of 7 ingredients, will be one of the best in the restaurant.

The restaurant’s Signature Beancurd also known ‘Fei Chui TauFu’ also one of their home made menu introduced.  Home made beancurd from fresh soya milk steamed then deep fried, poured onto Chef Teng’s secret recipe sauce and topped with dried scallop shredded comes out a top class dish ever found elsewhere.  Nonetheless, 2-in-1 platter with Thousand Island Prawn & X.O. Scallop you cannot missed when stepped into “Cincin Restaurant”.  Prawn deep fried then mixed with thousand island sauce with local fruits mixture, sided with fresh Scallop fried with X.O. home recipe sauce presenting various taste in a platter.
