The local origin Johorean Madam Leow Ngang Moi who born in year 1954 originated from Kluang, Johor was the founder, together with son Mr. Chor Wen Chee (born 1976) and daughter Ms. Felicia Chor Wen Shing (born 1978) are the owners of the “Kedai Makanan Jin Pai” hakka mee hun kueh and traditional home made recipe restaurant at Jalan Lambak.
Madam Leow Ngang Moi who with her age of 60 years old recently, who also currently a ‘Tai Chi’ instructor, having great interest in eatery and chefing, also been invited to join chefing competition in year 1980s initially touched the food and beverage industry since year 2004 running a roadside food stall in Kluang, Johor selling economy noodles and breakfast for about half a year, later on committed as fresh vegetables retailer operating in local night market for another five years.
With the recipe traditional passed onto by her mother, Madam Leow been frequently serving her family members with her home recipe hakka mee hun kueh, likes by them especially her son and daughter enabled them to bodied-up together established their very first and owned mee hun kueh specialized shop in year 2010 at Jalan Lambak, Kluang named “Kedai Makanan Jin Pai”. For those who likes spicy can try their Spicy Mee Hun Kueh, which spicy soup cooked using mixture of their in-house 3 hours boiled soup base added into Madam Leow’s 5 secret ingredients, cannot missed when stepped into “Kedai Makanan Jin Pai”. Nonetheless, other than soup they also served in dry kon lou mixed with home recipe sauce then topped with home fried marinated pork minced, fried ikan bilis and fried onions.
In side order menu, their home made Hakka yong tau fu also one of the most wanted by their regulars and visitors. Also deep fried pork wrapped wantan, and deep fried hand made meat ball mixed with veges shredded.
