The local origin Mr. Cheng Ming Gee who born in Yong Peng, Johor in year 1970 was the founder and immediate owner of the recent “Megawell Noodle House” local cuisines and sandwiches specialized retail restaurant in South Malaysia.  Home made breads production and retailing being concerned with his 25 years experiences in the field.

Cheng Ming Gee who with his age of 44 years old currently, stepped into the food industry since year 1989 at his age of only 19 years old reached Singapore been recruited by the “Sunshine Bakery” began as kitchen trainee in breads production field.  With his 14 years continuous explosure in the profession, finally in year 2003 he became a qualified bakery chef then spent another about two years been joined the Singaporean “NTUC” involved in centralized kitchen setting-up projects.

While in year 2005, Cheng Ming Gee returned to home town Yong Peng, Johor established his very first own sandwich supplies career named “Megawell Food Services” with production located at Taman Kota Yong Peng for about 2 years, later on exposed into bakery and sandwich retailing began year 2007.  Fortunately with opportunity grapped and on market demand, he established his noodle house in Taman Sembrong “Megawell Noodle House” not only serving his home made sandwiches, but also local cuisines such noodles and main courses.

In the noodle house, the top recommended by founder will be their Fook Chew Traditional Red Wine Noodles also known ‘Mee Sua’.  Soup base boiled for about one hour with chicken bones and five ingredients mixture then poured into red wine cooked with mee sua and served topped with chicken brings the exotic original traditional Fook Chew taste, which slight sweet you must try when reached Yong Peng.

Secondly surely will introduce their in-house Red Dates Chicken Rice which red dates and chicken mixed stewed for 20 minutes added into home recipe from 3 ingredients mixtures served sided with white rice, you will never regret after consumed in the restaurant.
