“Fishball Noodles” one of the local traditional food taken and been hundred years taken especially by Fook Chew religious in South Malaysia recently being exposed further untill now.  The local origin Mr. Cheng Ming Ching @ Ting Meng Cheng who born in year 1944 in Yong Peng, Johor was the founder of the premium first hand made fishball maker 26 years ago named “Yuan Yean”, been now operating by 2nd generation Mr. Ting Jia Shun (son) who with his age of 39 currently both are the owners of the well-known “Yuan Yean Fishball Eating House” in Yong Peng, Johor.

Mr. Ting Meng Cheng who with his age of 70 years old recently, was formerly in Insurance and Property Industry initially stepped into the food and beverage industry in year 1985 at his age of 41 years old.  Established his very first coffee shop named “Restoran Yuan Yean” along Yong Peng main road (recent location).  While in year 1988 started his fishball noodle stall in the restaurant serving his hand made fishball with wife began their fishball production and retailing career.  Subsequent to the great response from the visitors, he sucessfully exposed with assisted by his son Jia Shun converted into fishball noodle specialized shop since year 2004 named and registered “Yuan Yean Fishball Eating House”.

Ting Jia Shun who born locally in year 1975, is a Graduates bachelor formerly in Banking Industry in Kuala Lumpur.  Since kids touched the food and beverage industry helping parents in the restaurant since 1985 at his 10 of age, stepped into the industry and take over in year 2004 to continue their fishball maker explosure in South Malaysia.  In year 2006 been expanded from a lot to 2 lots to serve regulars and visitors in better environment.
