“Charcoal Roasted” been thousand years ago a traditional chefing especially among Chinese Religious, nowadays still frequently praticed by generation throughout the world, also in Malaysia.  Mr. Lim Long Tuck who originated from Melacca born in year 1972 was the founder of local well known “Restoran Sunroast”, together with lovely wife Madam Tan Fyeon who is Yong Peng, Johor origin both are the owners presenting their home recipe charcoal roasted mixed to the locals.

Lim Long Tuck or known Ah Tuck who with his age of 42 years old recently, initially stepped into the food industry in year 1985 at his age of only 13.  Reached Singapore been recruited by a noodle house ‘Xin Nan Tang’(pronouns) as helper trainee began his career spent about six years in the roasted field, later on fully exposed the charcoal roasted in year 1991 at age of 19 years old.  Been joined a Singaporean f&b group ‘Tung Kwai’(pronouns) given opportunity to expose in roasted section following his master ‘Ah Kao’ was a Singaporean, further sharpen his profession.

While in year 2001, Ah Tuch returned to home country Malaysia based in Yong Peng with wife Fyeon established their very first and owned roasted restaurant named “Restoran Macro” along Jalan Air Hitam to introduce Ah Tuck’s recipe roasted mixed.  Sebsequent to the great response from the regulars and visitors, enabled them to expand and moved to a bigger location in mid year 2012 which is current location began with “Restoran Sunroast” being 14 years explosure in Yong Peng, Johor.
