The husband and wife who stepped into the food and beverage industry more than 10 years towards their success began with local retail, recently operating by their second generation daughter and son. Mr. Lai Thai Tong who born 1958 locally in Yong Peng, Johor together with lovely wife Madam Tee Geok Hway who with age of 50 currently, were the owners of the well known “Anthony Fish Ball” restaurant in South Malaysia being generation passed onto their son and daughter continue presenting Madam Tee’s home recipe to the local regulars and visitors.
Madam Tee who born locally in year 1964, formerly with husband were in Goldsmith Industry initially stepped into the food and beverage industry since year 2002 at her age of only 38 years old. Her great interest in chefing and eatery with sincererity made Madam Tee decided to expose further by etsblished their very owned retail along Jalan Bayan, Yong Peng introduced her home recipe menus to the public with named “Anthony Fish Ball” serving various selection in menus.
While their children (2nd generation) Mr. Lai Thong Kai who born 1988 and eldest daughter Ms. Lai Cheow Ling at her age of 32 recently both since kids touched the industry helping parents in the restaurant. Thong Kai who at his age of 18 years old been fully committed in the restaurant operating the retail, later on sister Cheow Ling in year 2009 too stepped into generation involved in the industry and ready to take over their home career.
In order to providing healty foods to the public, Madam Tee insisted since the first day using fresh and quality raw materials with no preservative in their production, is her never give-up vision untill today.
