“Soya Beancurd” been decade ago practised by Chinese religious prepared in traditional recipe with only original flavour, recently having great explosure introduced in various flavours not only likes by locals but also favourites by visitors from different countries when reached our nation.

Both the North Malaysians originated from Kedah, Mr. Allex Yeoh Kok How who born in year 1987 and Mr. Lai Chun Keat (born 1987) were the initial founders of the “Nyonya Bean’s Organic Beancurd” serving their organic soya drink and beancurd in specialized shop to the public along North Malaysia.  Also joined by friend Mr. Joe Lim Yit Zua (born 1992) in year 2014 running an outlet in the World Herritage Site Penang introducing to the locals.

Lai Chun Keat who with his age of 27 years old currently, was in Transportation Industry, since kid likes soya beancurd very much.  Also been tasted his grandmother’s traditional homemade nyonya recipe soya beancurd made him with the vision wishing to introduce to the market, subsequently been passed onto the recipe by his grandmother, who is a Nyonya religious enabled his dreams come through.

While Allex Yeoh who also with age of 27 recently, formerly was in Seafood Supplies Industry having the same vision as Chun Keat grapped the opportunity when both met one of their best friend who been experienced in the soya beancurd industry allowed them to establish their very first beancurd specialized shop with the brand named “Nyonya Bean’s Organic Beancurd” in early 2014 at Simpang Kuala, Alor Setar began their career.

Subsequent to the great response from the public enabled them to expand into another 2nd outlet in the same year at Sungai Petani presenting their variety choices flavours of their organic soya beancurd.  Later on been joined by Joe Lim, who was a Hair Stylist, established their Penang outlet along Jalan Burma to further their explosure in the industry.

In Nyonya Bean’s, the founder’s top recommended in menus will be their home made traditional recipe fresh Soy Bean Juice or known by locals ‘Soya Bean’ drink.  Using fresh organic soy beans uncoated after cleaned, mixed boiled 2 hours with organic soy flour brings the fresh soya bean drink you must have a try when reached North Malaysia.  Prepared with no preservatives, gypsum powder and pigment enabled their soya bean to freeze up few days upon consumption.

On Soya Beancurd selections, they made from 100% GMO free organic soybeans with less sugar boiled with their recipe 6 healthy ingredients mixture then freeze up brings the exotic and presenting the smoothness when swallowed.  Prepared in several flavours such as original taste, green tea, osmanthus and black sesame you cannot missed when stepped in to the “Nyonya Bean’s Organic Beancurd” retail outlets in Kedah and Penang.
