The Tan brothers who at their age of 41 and 39 years old respectively, is in Automation Industry were grown up in f&b family touched the industry since kids helping their father who running a food stall from 1970 to 2012 at Jalan Ayer Itam named ‘Han Pheng Fish Head Noodles’.
While Law Chen Long who at his age of 38 years old recently, is an IT Programmer also from a f&b family experienced the career since kids helping his father in their koay teow soup food stall running in Farlim, Ayer Itam. Lee Cheong Ying who at his age of 35 years old currently is in Industrial career touched the f&b industry recently bodied-up with the Tan brothers and Chen Long established their very 1st and owned small bowl noodle house at Persiaran Bayan Indah.
The four youngster who all interested in eatery and having the same visions wishing to have their own restaurant explosure, established their Thai Boat Noodles restaurant in the end of 2014 named “Thai Hou Chi” in Pulau Pinang presenting their home recipe to the market having extreme response from the locals. The idea to have an oustanding eatery not easily found in their home town Penang made them travelled to Thailand deeply experienced and studied the traditional Thai Boat Noodles eatery enabled them later on came out with their own home recipe to suit the locals favourites.
In the noodle house, the top recommended menu by founders will be their Signature Koay Teow Soup which with options of Thailand imported koay teow or their hand made rice noodles or locally known ‘mee hoon’.
