Albert Chew who at his age of 41 years old currently, was formerly in Public Transportation Industry initially stepped into the food and beverage industry since year 2007 at age of 33. Albert who from teenagers having interest in eatery and forseen the f&b industry market opportunity after experienced cannot even find a table for family dinning during Chinese New Year 2007 season in Penang made him decided to established his very first and owned chinese cuisine restaurant named “Season Restaurant” with two lots in Fortune Park, but unsuccessfull in 18 months.
He never give-up and again in year 2009 re-established his second restaurant with experience learnt named “Stone Bay Restaurant” at same location with 4 lots having great response from the public and visitors, being assisted by wife and a manner team enabled Albert to further exposed into 8 lots after 2 years in 2011 running untill today been recognized as one of the best restaurant in year 2015.
In this restaurant, the founder Albert Chew who also one of their in-house chef which touched the chefing field since year 2014 spent 10 months to capture the restaurant’s menus and introducing 85% of the recent signature from his home recipes. The first top recommended by founder will be their Nyonya Fish Fillet served in golden white home sauce. Commonly grouper fish selected cooked with their 7 ingredients mixture sauce with fats mixed into eggplant, chilli and onion you must have a try.
Secondly will be their new introdution Scallop Crab Meat Soup as like Shark Fin Soup with “no fins”. Also Albert’s top seller in the restaurant prepared with their 4 hours boiled chicken soup base, then cooked and served mixed into fresh scallops, crab meats, mushroom stick and veges brings the exotic taste you never regret after taken.
Another will be their Mushroom Beancurd, also one of their home recipe signature selection. Home made fresh beancurd from mixture of egg and fresh soya milk steamed 30 minutes then deep fried in cubes, finally served topped poured onto their stir sauce mixed with pork minced, mushroom and dried scallop paste will be best in town. Especially the sauce taste made from their in-house 7 spices ingredients.
Moreover, the owner Albert also introduced his home made Western Pork or known “Char Siew” which local fresh pork belly selected, marinated whole day with his 5 spices then deep fried and finally served stir fried with home made barbeque sauce insided honey brings the exotic sweet, sour and slight spicy taste you cannot aside.
