While Chong Wei Hun who stepped into the industry in year 1997 at his 18 years old firstly joined a well known chinese cuisine restaurant “Tai Tong”(pronouns) in Kuala Lumpur for about 2 years, later on joined “Chui Hang Chinese Restaurant”(pronouns) began as kitchen trainee before further his explosure in the career in England year 2004 stayed 5 years there. And then running his “Fire Zone Cafe” combination of chinese and western cuisines at Kampar, Perak in 2009.
With the experiences Ah Keong and Chong hold, and forseen the market opportunity enabled them to bodied-up finally successfully established their “Restoran Chong” economic mix rice specialize restaurant in Ipoh serving 80 dishes daily with combination of vegetables, pork, chicken, seafood and eggs selections attracted most of the locals.
