Then joined another restaurant to further his experience, been promoted as dim sum chef in the “Wah Hong Dim Sum Restaurant”(pronouns) served few years there later on took part in “East Garden Chinese Cuisine Restaurant” where his last employment in Hong Kong.
While in year 1995 reached Perak, Malaysia joined a dim sum manufacturer supplies in Ipoh as consultant for about 10 years before started his very first and owned dim sum restaurant named “Fu Sheng Dim Sum” in 2004 at Kampar for a year plus, where his wife Guet Peng joined and stepped into the industry assisting husband Chef Tse.
Subsequent to the great response from the public, enabled Chef Tse to expose into his owned shoplot in Stesen 18, Ipoh in year 2006 officially registered as “Restoran Lei Yue Moon” running untill recent, and been recognised by e-media in 2015 as one of the best in town.
