In between or among those historical years and delicacies seafood restaurants serving lots of their signature chinese & seafood cusines around the nation, here we being found and recognised one of the newly recommended eating house the “Happy Day Seafood Restaurant” in Kuantan, Pahang running by team of youngsters lead by Ah Boon who having nearly 10 years experiences in f&b management field, into a year.

The local originated Mr. Toh Boon Yi who born in year 1984, was the initial founder and the immediate owner of the recommended “Happy Day Seafood Restaurant” at Kampung Galing Besar introducing their home recipes selection and authentic dishes to the locals and visitors having great response recently in the East Coast.

Toh Boon Yi or known Ah Boon who at his age of 31 years old currently, was a graduate in Hotel Management initially stepped into the industry after realised the market opportunity and interest in f&b career since his age of 19 years old recruited himself into the education to sharpen in f&b management line, spent 4 years to complete his profession.

While in year 2007 at his 23rd, Ah Boon firstly joined the Genting Highland Group in Pahang hold a position in the group’s f&b management stayed years there to experience further practically in the career.  Then being recruited into a vietnamese restaurant “Vietnam Kitchen” to run the restaurant in Kuala Lumpur for more than a year.  Later on joined the “Sushi Zanmai” Japanese restaurant to strengthen his profession in the industry before returned to hometown Kuantan.

Subsequent to the experiences hold by Ah Boon and foreseen the positive growth opportunity in chinese & seafood industry in the East Coast allowed him in year 2014 established his very 1st and owned chinese seafood restaurant named “Happy Day Seafood Restaurant” along Jalan Haji Ahmad, Kuantan introducing their very exotic menus to the public under a roof.

According to the owner Ah Boon, the first top recommended in menus for “Happy Day” will be their Signature Curry Fish Head.  Sea grouper fish head and red fish head commonly selected, 20 minutes cooked with their homemade curry paste made from more than 10 ingredients recipe, then served with lady finger, eggplant, cabbage and long bean brings very exotic spicy taste you must try when reached Kuantan.  Especially the sticky curry paste sauce when taken swallowed into mouth.

Secondly will be their most wanted by visitors and to be the authentic dish only in “Happy Day Seafood”, the Fried Pork with Basil.  Local fresh pork prepared in slices, stir fried with their home 7 recipes and added into “Basil” brings sweet and slight spicy taste you will never regret after taken.  Also one of the best recommended eatery by their chef and founder of the restaurant.

Another will be their Ginger Onion Dual-Mushroom, is one of the signature and top seller in “Happy Day Seafood”.  Mixture of abalone mushroom and white mushroom stir fried in traditional home recipes looks common but taste unbeliveable in bites.  Brings very exotic and slight salty eatery which most wanted by their regulars you cannot aside.

While in prawn selections, Ah Boon also introduced their Signature Prawn or locally known “Wei Fung Prawn” among the recommended menus.  Fresh local sea “Ming” prawn selected, deep fried then stired with their in-house 6 spices recipe and topped with garlic shredded brings sweet, spicy & exotic salty, and crispy bites eatery you cannot missed when stepped into the “Happy Day Seafood Restaurant” at Kuantan, Pahang.
