THE KUANTAN 1ST TAIWANESE BUBBLE TEA CAFE “T@TIME STATION”, WITH AUTHENTIC MALAYSIAN DELIGHTS IN PAHANG

Been years asian cuisine restaurants and bubble tea cafes practised frequently throughout the nation famously and favourite by the Malaysian’s locals in this century’s trend.  Here in the East Coast, we found and to be recognised the 1st Bubble Tea Cafe and best Malaysian Delights station well known as “T@Time Station” at Kuantan, Pahang since 2010, having great response from not only the public but also like by visitors.

The local Kuantan couple Mr. Phang Boon Woi who born in year 1980, together with his lovely wife Ms. Grace Chong Hui Yin (born 1983) bodied-up with Mr. Ko Sin Lock (born 1968) were the founders and also the recent owners of the local famous recommended “T@Time Station” cafe & restaurant introducing their chef’s home recipes Malaysian Delights and Taiwanese traditional bubble tea series to the customers under a roof.

Grace Chong, who leads the cafe cum owner, with her age of 32 years old currently, was formerly in Furniture Industry initially touched the food & beverage career at her 27th.  Having great interest in eatery, wishing to diversify and foreseen the market opportunity in the bubble tea field enabled the couple Boon Woi and Grace Chong together with Sin Lock stepped into the f&b industry in April 2010 established their very first cafe station named “T@Time Station” at Kuantan Star City, to be the 1st Taiwanese Traditional Bubble Tea specialized restaurant in Kuantan Town, Pahang.

Subsequent to the experiences gained and the demand from market, later on they began with some local and chinese cuisine selections in the station to various the options and to further their exposure in the career.  Recently famous with complete recommended Malaysian Delights menus favourite by most of their regulars.

In “T@Time Station”, the founders first top recommended in menus surely will be their Signature Bubble Tea which prepared using imported herbal tea leaf without artificial colouring & preservative ingredients.  Choices with up to 100 in nine series all served with healthy and traditional recipes using Taiwan imported herbal tea leaves.  Taken mixed into eatering pearl ball made from brown sugar and sago you must have a try when reached Kuantan, Pahang.

While in food selections, the owners top recommended will be their famous Fried Rice with Sambal Petai which among the top seller in the cafe.  Fried rice mixed into chicken egg, fishcake slices, chicken meats, onions and into their homemade recipe sambal paste & “Petai” brings very exotic & delicious spice eatery you never regret after tasted, only in “T@Time Station”.

Secondly will be the chinese cuisine selection favourite by the locals, their Signature Fried Kuey Teow with Egg Paste Sauce or locally known “Watan Hor” which most wanted by the regulars.  Kuey Teow rice flat noodles fried minutes with soy sauce, then served poured onto their chef’s recipe egg sauce paste with sesame oil & chicken stock, topped with chicken meats, veges and fishcake brings an authentic Cantonese eatery found best in town you cannot aside.

Another will be their best north cuisine selection, the Spicy Tomyam Noodle Soup which among the signature menu in the restaurant.  Prepared using 3 respective recipe tomyam paste mixtures, cooked per bowl and served mixed with fresh prawn, chicken meats, fishcake slices and veges brings exotic spicy and appertising eatery like by especially those who take spicy.

Moreover, Boon Woi also introduced his favourites and among the restaurant’s best seller Black Pepper Udon Noodle.  Prepared using Korean imported rough rice noodles, fried with black pepper and mixed into onions, green chilli slices, chicken etc you cannot missed when stepped into the “T@Time Station” Bubble Tea Cafe with Malaysian Delights restaurant at Kuantan, Pahang.
