THE FANTASTIC CHINESE CUISINE RESTAURANT WITH ALSO FINE DIM SUM RECIPES IN “MING XUAN”, THE EAST COAST

The Johorean Mr. Dickson Phang Kai Roon who born in year 1984, also the immediate founder of the restaurant, together with father Mr. Phang Kok Sin (born 1958) and Ms. Wong Sau Fun (born 1984) originated from Negeri Sembilan are the recent owners of the local famous “Ming Xuan Restaurant” at Temerloh, Pahang introducing most of their homemade eateries and recipes to the locals and visitors.
Dickson Phang Kai Roon, founder cum main chef, who at his age of 31 years old currently, initially touched the f&b industry since his age of 14th in year 1988 as part-timer in a western food restaurant as helper in Temerloh, Pahang made his interest in the career. Also during his education in Seremban, continued his exposure in the industry reached age of 18th, then fully stepped into the profession began as dim sum trainee in the “Fu Dim Sum”(pronouns) at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
With the experiences hold and opportunity grapped, Dickson Phang later-on joined the “Pan Pacific Hotel” in Kuala Lumpur, further sharpen his profession and been positioned as Dim Sum Chef in the field. Then in year 2014, successfully established his very first and owned dim sum restaurant named “Ming Xuan” along Jalan Bahagia, Temerloh, recently presenting also noodles, pastries and various chinese cuisine eateries to meet the market demand in town. Also being assisted by his another 3 outstanding Chef Loh (29 years old), Chef Chiang (23 years old) and Chef Chin (19 years old), all play very important roles in “Ming Xuan Restaurant” as a team.
Among hundred of choices in this restaurant, the founder’s first top recommended in menus will be their Fook Chew Steamed Roasted Pork Bun or locally known “Char Siew Pao”. The combination of fine flour ingredient used and bringing the excellent bites textures on Pao itself, served insided with mixtures of homemade roasted char siew, onions shredded, sesame seeds and home sauce recipes bring very exotic cantonese & sweet taste you must try when reached Temerloh.
Secondly will be their Signature Big Bun or “Da Pao”, which also among the regulars most wanted in the restaurant. Prepared insided with combination of pork, chicken, char siew, mushroom, chinese sausage, chicken egg and veges, mixed with their 12 ingredients homemade sauce brings very authentic eatery in town you cannot aside, served with perfect ratio between pao and insided mixture itself.
Following will be their Hong Kong “Tong Sam Egg Tart”, which roast for about 20 minutes with handmade levering flour puff insided with the mixtures of chicken egg yolk and in-house sugar paste, only in “Ming Xuan”. Another signature, “Golden Bun” also known “Liu Sa Pao” prepared insided with mixtures of selected butter, chicken egg yolk and salted egg yolk served after 5 minutes steamed, favourite by most of their visitors, especially the leaking paste in bites.
While in noodles corner, the Prawn Mee and Kon Lou Mee are among the recommended. Prawn Mee served with 4 hours boiled soup base from prawn shells itself, topped with char siew slices, boiled egg, fresh prawn, beansprouts, green onions, kangkong vege, and taken with their homemade dried shrimp paste will be the best matches. The Kon Lou Mee prepared mixed with in-house 11 recipes soy sauce, topped with wantan (pork dumpling), char siew slices, fish ball, pork minced, veges, and sided with a bowl of in-house soup base you will never regret after consumed.
Nonetheless, the Butter Milk Chicken also among chef’s recommendation introduced by Dickson Phang. Chicken fillet commonly selected, deep fried with receipe flour then stired with butter and milk brings the best eatery in town you cannot missed when stepped into the “Ming Xuan Restaurant” at Temerloh, Pahang.
