The owner cum Main Chef, Seah Thiam Siong who at his age of 35 years old from Ansun, Perak initially stepped into the f&b industry since year 2000 at his 20th joined the “Man Chong Chinese Restaurant” began as kitchen trainee in hometown for about 2 years. Then been reached Kuala Lumpur and Singapore respectively continued his exposure in the career positioned as Chef. Later on been running his very 1st owned food stall in Ansun further exposed his chefing experience before reached Negeri Sembilan.
While Mr. Chaw Kim Kin who is a Trader, all the while having great interest in eatery and foreseen the market opportunity in the f&b industry bodied-up with Tan Boon Keat successfully established their first restaurant at the Seremban centre township in year 2013 officially named “Old Street Noodle House”, with the subsequent joining by Thiam Siong, as the restaurant’s Chief Chef leading the noodle house’s menus.
