Ms. Sandra who at her age of only 30 years old currently, was formerly a Sales & Marketing Personel, also been 5 years experienced in f&b operation with KFC all the while having great interest in eatery and chefing having her vision to have her own restaurant, added with foreseen the market opportunity in the industry made Sandra decided to fully commit in the career.
With the positive encouragement by husband Kee Kiat, Sandra finally stepped into the career in year 2015 established her very 1st owned cafe together with husband on their environmental theme and wishing to serve all kind of local’s delicacy eateries whole day long in their named “Once Upon A Cafe” along Jalan Song, Kuching bringing the opportunity to the Sarawakians to enjoy their dining options in the restaurant.
In this cafe, the founder Sandra’s first top recommended in menus will be their famous local Nasi Goreng Rendang Ayam (chicken). Fried rice mixed with egg, veges, carrot, long bean and onion shredded, served sided with their homemade 1-2 hours cooked rendang chicken from 10 recipes mixture and vege crackers & cucumber slices, topped with pan fried chicken egg brings the cafe’s perfect matching main course you must try when reached Kuching, Sarawak.
Secondly will be their Black Pepper Fish Rice, which also among the regulars most wanted in the restaurant.
