Then returned to hometown Seremban in 1989 started his exposure in the career under-employed positioned as chef in chinese cuisine restaurant, exposed 20 years in the career before began his very owned food stall at Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya serving his fish head noodles to the locals.
While Ms. Chai Huey Miin, also known Ah Man who at her age of only 47 years old recently, was formerly the owner of a coffee shop “Foo Foo Tian Kopitiam” at SS2, Petaling Jaya been more than 15 years initially was Lau’s regular customer likes his fish head noodle very much, added with foreseen the market opportunity in the industry allowed them to bodied-up and successfully established their very first noodle house named “Moon Kee Fish Head & Seafood Noodle” at SS2, Selangor. Then exposed into 2nd outlet at Seksyen 51 and another at Balakong in year 2015.
