In order to expose further with mission and foreseen the market opportunity in the industry allowed Ah Lim in year 2012 established his very first owned noodle house named “Ah Lim Noodle House” at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam joined and being assisted by wife Wai Wan. Subsequent to the great response from public enabled them to be recognised as one of the best after 4 years in 2016.
In Ah Lim Noodle House, the founder’s first top recommended in menus surely will be their home recipe Signature Pork Mix Noodles Soup. Soup base boiled 8 hours with pork bones, yellow beans and ikan bilis, cooked with mixtures of pork slice, pork minced cubes, liver, meat ball and veges then served with noodles, and topped with their special in-house recipe fried pork minced brings an authentic bowl of pork mix noodles you must try when reached Selangor. Especially the tasty soup base swallowed into mouth and the pork mix freshness in bites.
Secondly will be their top seller Curry Mee, which among the regular customer’s most wanted in the noodle house. Homemade curry paste prepared in an hour from 10 ingredients mixture. Boiled in soup base with noodles, added into dried beancurd, beancurd sheets, beansprouts and fish cake slice then served poured into fresh milk and coconut milk brings the best smoothness salty, sweet & slight spicy taste you will never regret after taken.
