“Yam Ring” or locally known by the chinese religious “Buddha Wall Yam Ring” is one of the chinese’s traditional eatery served on special occassion since hundreds years ago, not frequently found recently.  Here in the lion city Singapore, we found and being recognised the “Asia Food Culture” chinese cuisine restaurant having their Seafood Yam Ring among the signature running in Geylang today.

The local originated Singaporean Mr. Varian Loke who born in year 1988, was the founder and immediate owner of the recommended chinese & asian cuisine restaurant “Asia Food Culture” in town operating in a team introducing most of their home recipe menus to the locals and visitors under a roof since year 2014.

Varian Loke who only at his age of 28 years old currently, all the while in Recycle Industry for 8 years continuously, having great interest in chefing & eatery since kids, also with the vision to become an outstanding chef, and wishing to provide a platform for those who interested in the f&b industry, also wanted to further expose those chinese traditional eateries finally foreseen the market opportunity in this lion city allowed Varian stepped into the career in year 2014 at his 26th of age established his very first eating house named “Asia Food Culture” at Geylang, Singapore.

At the mean time, Varian also running his chinese seafood cuisine “818 Seafood” under the same roof assisted by his chef Ah Kit trying to bring more exotic chinese & seafood cuisines to the public.  Then after a year, started his “Food Culture Academy” in the restaurant providing more chances to the youngsters who interested and wishing to step into the career in year 2015.

In this restaurant, the owner Varian’s first recommended in menus will be their top signature “Seafood Yam Ring” which neither found better elsewhere in town.  Yam prepared in paste, then steam-cooked in round-ring shaped, followed by deep fried then served insided with stir-fried seafoods in chef’s recipes mixture of fresh prawn, fish meat slice, squid, veges, carrot and cashew nut added into their in-house boiled soup base brings very authentic eatery you must try when reached Singapore.

Secondly will be their recommended healthy food option, the Three King Eggs with Spanich which favourites by most of the visitors nowadays.  Soup base boiled more than an hour with pork bones, matured chicken and yellow beans added into salted egg yolk, century egg and chicken egg shredded, into slight chef’s herbal recipes, and finally cooked with fresh spinach in 5 minutes boiled brings exotic tasty and healthy food selection you cannot aside.

Another will be their Soup Base Lala which among the restaurant’s daily top seller most wanted by the regulars.  Using same in-house boiled soup base cooked with local fresh Lala clams for about 10 minutes to brings excellent Lala freshness taste you will never regret after tasted.

Nonetheless, they also introduced one of their Signature Cantonese Vegetarian mixture which only in this restaurant.  Mixtures of veges, mushrooms and beancurd sheets served after 5 minutes stewed with chef’s oyster sauce recipes brings sweet and fair salty taste you cannot missed when stepped into this “Asia Food Culture” eating house at Geylang, Singapore.
