Wei Xiao Ping or Sister Ping who at her age of only 47th currently, initially reached Singapore in year 2007 where she stepped into the f&b industry for the very first time being recruited as a kitchen helper in a noodle house at Bugis spent nearly 5 years experienced her career in the industry.  Then under-employed as assistant chef at Jurong East for another 2 years to strengthen her career before running her very first owned food stall in Singapore.

In year 2014, with the experiences hold and misssion to have her own career exposed further.  Added with foreseen the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed Sister Ping established her noodle stall named “Sister Ping Ipoh Hor Fun” initially began in Bukit Timah started to serve her home recipe Ipoh hor fun in herbal gravy, getting great response from the public.  Later in year 2015 moved to better environment at Tanjong Pagar continue her exposure, also introducing more variety choices in her menu and bringing her hometown traditional fook chew mee sua eatery into the market.
