At SK Seafood, the founder Michael’s very first top recommended among signature menus surely be his “Crayfish Seafood Soup” which you must try when reached the lion city.  In-house soup base boiled at least 2 hours with pork bones, matured chicken and dried scallop, cooked insided with homemade marinated pork minced (mixtures of chicken egg, sesame oil, mushroom & side fish), fresh prawn, fresh fish slices then finally served topped with an authentic boil-cooked crayfish brings excellent seafood freshness taste and commonly taken sided with a hot bowl of rice makes it perfect you cannot missed.

Secondly will be his Batam Seafood Soup, which also one of the stall’s daily top seller from the beginning.  Same in-house soup base boil-cooked insided with fresh prawn, marinated pork minced and the signature fresh batam fish slices served topped on the soup brings exotic batam fish meat’s texture & seafood soup you will never regret after tasted.  Especially the freshness sweet taste when soup swallowed into mouth, and the batam fish slice’s freshness in bites neither found better in town.
