Tan Puay Hwa who at his age of 61 years old currently, was previously under-employed as a worker in Manufacturing Industry, with great interest in eatery made him initially touched the f&b industry in year 1989 running a partnership chicken rice stall at Yishun, Singapore where he experienced the field spent about 2 years to strengthen his career before started his very owned chicken rice stall.

While wife Lui Jia Li who previously in Media Retailing Industry, too having interest in chefing and eatery, also foreseen the great market opportunity in the f&b industry, added with husband Puay Hwa’s experiences in hainanese chicken rice enabled this couple to fully stepped into the career then successfully established their very first hainanese boneless chicken rice named “Feng Feng” in year 1992 at Marsiling 304, Singapore introducing their signature roasted and boiled chicken rice to the market being highly recognised after running 25 years.

Their son Marcus Tan (24 years old) who initially touched the industry helping parents in the stall at his 19th of age, recently being passed onto generation running their family career since year 2016 wishing to further his father’s recipe and continue their exposure in the industry
