Mr. Chew Soon Keong, who also known Ah Keong at his 44 years old currently was grown up in a f&b family been touched the industry since his 9th of age helping parents in their kopitiam made his great interest in eatery and f&b career.  In year 1993 at his 20 years old, Ah Keong successfully exposed his career began his very first food corner established his minced pork noodle stall at West Coast running about 7 years there.

While in millenium year 2000, Ah Keong moved his noodle stall to Merchant Road continued his exposure in the field where made him well known with his excellent home recipe minced pork noodle, and having great response from the market allowed him to start his another in 2007 named “Merchant Road Minced Pork Noodle”.  Later-on running a corner at Bukit Batok Central in year 2015, where being recognised as the best among the traditional Minced Pork Noodle selections in year 2017.
