“Food Center” or in another words “Kopitiam Restaurant” known by the local chinese which containing more than a food stall under a roof presenting their respective signature to the visitors, been years a favourite choice by the locals in having meals.  In year 2018, we have successfully found and recognised one of the leading food center “Grand Dynasty” at Masai, Johor having more than 30 food stalls serving all delicacy eateries from early morning untill mid-night.

Mr. Wong Swee Huong (born 1969) who originated from Perak, also grown up in a f&b family as 2nd generation, together with his wife Ms. He Fang (born 1979) were the initial founders and immediate owners of the recommended food center “Grand Dynasty Restaurant” established since 2016 at Masai, Johor. Running their own beverage & dessert stalls in the restaurant, also brought into more than 30 food stalls in the restaurant to meet the market demand in great choices.

In Grand Dynasty Restaurant, the owners Mr. Wong and wife He Fang introducing their signature Hot Coffee (Kopi) and Ice Lemon Tea which among the best selection must try. While at dessert corner, they also recommended the “Hot Bubur Cha-cha” which a chinese traditional dessert soup likes by the locals. Those who take ice should also taste their Signature ABC or known “Ais Kacang” that you cannot missed when stepped into the food center.

Other than beverage & dessert, the restaurant’s owner too strongly recommend among the best 5 foods selection in the restaurant serving by all individual respective food stall. Firstly will be the “Pama Kitchen” running by the couple Mr. Wong Teck Nam (born 1952) and wife Ms. Tan Soon Kheng (born 1960), stepped into the f&b industry since 2015 serving their (no lard) nasi lemak with the combination of coconut milk rice topped with sunny chicken egg, sided with either deep fried or rendang chicken, ground nuts, cucumber and homemade sambal paste you will never regret after tasted.

Secondly will be the “Fu You Grilled Fish”, which owned by Mr. Lee Hak Di (born 1968) who touched the industry since year 2000 having nearly 20 years history in the field all the while stationed in Masai, Johor. His selected fresh Stingray fish pan fried topped with home recipe sambal paste made from more than 10 ingredients mixture, taken tipping onto the belacan sided brings exotic eatery you should cannot aside when reached Johor.

Another will be one of the local Johorean’s favourite, the “Tan Kee Mee Hun Kueh” running here by the Tan’s family 2nd generation Mr. Tan Chee Haw (born 1982) who stepped into the industry for more than 15 years. Their soup base boiled for more than 1 hours in home recipe, served mixed into handmade mee hun kueh, fish ball, meat ball, pork slice, deep fried beancurd stick, beancurd sheet and veges will be the regulars most wanted menu not only in the restaurant but in Johor.

Besides, the “Heng Claypot Chicken Rice” which runs by Mr. Loke Tuck Yan (born 1984) also among the recommended best food stall in Grand Dynasty. Rice boil-cooked in claypot with home prepared soup base, served topped with overnight marinated chicken in home recipes, sided with chinese sausage and mixed into salted fish really brings the excellent claypot chicken rice which neither found better elsewhere.  Especially the taste and chicken meat’s bite texture into mouth.

Finally, the “Liew Kee Singapore Fried Prawn Noodles” also can be found in the restaurant who owned by Mr. Liew Choon Meng (born 1960). Noodles fried with home boiled soup base and mixed into fresh prawn (shrimp), fish cake slice, pork slice, deep fried pork lard (optional) and beansprouts then served topped with spring onions shredded you cannot missed when stepped towards this recognised “Grand Dynasty Restaurant” at Masai, Johor.
