The first recommended in “Kuala Selangor Fish Village Seafood Steamboat” is the “Seafood Steamboat”. Using porridge as the foundation (base), all the ingredients such as crab, fish, prawns, minced pork, clams, pork, mushrooms and vegetables can be put into the porridge and cooked. This simple yet healthy concept is the main theme of the restaurant. All the seafood is fresh and can be enjoyed comfortably especially in Genting Highlands where the weather is always cool.

The next recommended food is “Signature Fried Fish Head”. The main ingredients include oyster sauce, mushroom sauce, herbs and sambal and they are used to fry the grouper fish head. The ginger and vegetables are first fried before the rest of the ingredients are put into the wok to be fried. When bitten, the mushroom sauce taste as well as the mild savoury and sweet tastes begin to kick in which make the fish head taste so flavoursome. The texture of the fish head when fried is soft and smooth.
