While Ricky’s son Nicholas Ho Kuen Hau (born 1987), as 3rd generation, touched the family’s career at his 15th of age helping parents. Later on fully stepped into the f&b industry running another chicken rice outlet stall in Tawau, Sabah at his 17th. In year 2007, they successfully established their chicken rice house at Kelombong, Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) in year 2007 officially named “Ho Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice” to further their exposure in the career. Then another outlet at Lintas, Kota Kinabalu in year 2018.
In order to satisfy his regular visitors, and to ensure that his Ho Kee’s is all the while serving the best and the genuine Hainanese chicken rice to the public. Ricky Ho himself been stepped back to his hometown in WenChang, Hainan city in China in year 2012 to confirm his home recipe hainanese chicken rice are prepared on generations passed onto recipes. Also recently being handed over the family’s career & responsibility to his son Nicholas Ho to continue serving the market in better manner.
