The first recommended food in “Wong Ka Wantan Mee” is their “Char Siew Wantan Mee”. The special part about the whole dish is the homemade char siew which is marinated with 5 ingredients including the homemade sauce and roasted with charcoals. The texture of the char siew is soft and melts instantly in the mouth when bitten and it has savoury taste.

The next recommended food is their “Roasted Pork Ribs Wantan Mee”. This pork ribs are first marinated put into the freezers overnight. Besides that, the owner also recommended his “Roasted Pork Wantan Mee”. This homemade roasted pork is filled with secret ingredient which makes it taste so unique and tasty. Also, the pork must be roasted with charcoals to bring out the flavour of the roasted pork. This mild savoury roasted pork has a crispy layer at the outside and the inner layer of the pork when bitten is very soft and “Q”.

Last but not least, the owner also recommended his “Roasted Sausage Wantan Mee”. 2 things that can be left out are the charcoals and homemade sauce. This signature roasted sausage was discontinued 10 years ago and only came back recently at September 2017. Mr. Wong Khai Wah discovered his own recipe and came out with a different taste of roasted sausage compared to his father’s. The outside layer of the roasted sausage is crispy and inside is soft. It tastes savoury and the taste of the charcoal has completely mixed into the sausage which makes it even tastier.
