Mr. Teo Chai Seng who also well known as ‘Ah Boy’ originated from Johor, who also the founder and the successful recent owner of the “Wang Wang Nine Restaurant” serving the unbelievable steamed fish head and other seafoods.

Ah Boy who formerly helping in his family business all the way travelled to Kuala Lumpur in the year of 1980 at his age of 20 years old to find his interest and trying to expose his future explosure.  Initially at that point of time, he underemployed himself to supply food ingredients and raw materials such as mee, mee hon, kuew tew and fish ball mixed for more than 20 years.  From there, he found his great interest in cooking and food & beverage industry, so he decided to step into it by joining a food stall in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur to explore his interest.  Within years, he learnt lots and sucessfully exposed himself in the industry under the guidance from his Master, Mr. Peter.  In year 2009, Ah Boy established his steamed fish head food stall career by locating at few location in Sri Gombak, Sri Kota, Ampang and Petaling Jaya which named “Wang Wang Nine”.  After 6 months in the year 2010 subsequent to the market acceptance, he finally successfully founded and established his very 1st restaurant in Ampang, second outlet at Kuchai Lama and the 3rd at Kepong all named “Wang Wang Nine Restaurant”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Without consideration, the Ginger Paste Steamed ‘Song Fish Head’ will be most recommended in the restaurant.  This slight hot & spicy steamed will brings the best taste effect with also the combination of ‘Hill Water Patin Fish’, ‘Dai Ban Fish’ or ‘Golden Pomfret Fish’.  Another, their ‘Giong Yong Steam’ which also known ginger minced steamed also the best selling in the restaurant.  About other seafood, the ‘Clear Fresh Steamed Fresh Sea Prawn’ presenting the ever best freshness shrimp taste which too the customer’s favourite.  Also, the ‘New Zealand Green Shell Mussels’ and the ‘Fresh Scallops’ clear fresh steamed or ginger minced steamed are the chef recommeded in Wang Wang Nine Restaurant.  Moreover, if seafood is not your choice, their ‘Ginger Steamed Chicken Drumstick’ will be the best choice can have there. Or if steamed fish in ginger or ginger paste is not suitable for you, their ‘Sweet & Sour Jade Fish’ will be the cannot missed by the visitors.

    I work in singapore, my relatives in kl brought me in this restaurant, after eating, i like it very much especially the steam fish head there, the price is reasonable either.
