Selected fresh local red fish (recommended), grouper, red snapper or seabass options in fish tail / fish head will be on customer’s request & availability. Fresh squids (sotong) prepared in sliced pieces, stir-fried with their homemade sambal paste recipes mixed into onions shredded and local’s petai beans brings a plate of wonderful sweet spicy Malaysian’s traditional sambal petai squids (sotong) you will never regret after tasted here.
