Mr. Ong Ah Wan, Alex Siew Nen Foo and Mr. Robert Wong Chih Pin who are the recent owners of the “Yum Yum Curry House” located at the Pandan Indah, Cheras.

Mr. Ong who former a car accessories dealer since year 1996 at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur joined to the team to take over the restaurant in year 2012 from the previous owner.  He saw te great potential in the local food and beverage industry and somemore holding the home made ‘secret recipe’ in curry fish head which from his elder brother Mr. Ong Hong Hui who also the founder and the owner of the ‘Kam Kee Curry Restaurant’ at North Semenanjung Malaysia.  This curry secret recipe made him confident to entirely expose their Yum Yum Curry House initially.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While, Mr. Alex who formerly a profesional Insurance Personel more than 10 years, always with his eatery hobby found also his great interest in this industry after taste Mr. Wong’s brother curry fish head made him decided to quit his profession and too joined the Yum Yum Curry House.  And, Mr. Robert who all the while in trading industry also see the future explosure in F&B career joined their team to further succeed.

 

In their menus, for sure the ‘Yum Yum Curry Fish Head’ will be the most recommended food in the restaurant.  Fresh ‘Kerapu’ fish head boiled with their secret curry recipe in claypot bring the hot and spicy taste to suit the locals, veges mixture in the curry fish head pot also will makes it interesting.  Secondly, their home recipe soup boiled with fresh clamp or named ‘Lala’ will also the top selling in the restaurant especially for those who like soup and seafood.  Ginger slice and ‘chilli padi’ mixed inside makes it slight hot and spicy to suit their customers who can take spicy.

 

Besides seafood, the ‘Salty Steamed Garden Corn Chicken’ with chinese herbals such ‘tong gui’ and ‘gei chi’ will be the chef recommended.  According to Alex, chicken with weigh of about 1.5 kg will be the perfect match and the soup from the steam always been clear by their regular customers.  Moreover, their ‘Black Pepper Venison’ too the most wanted in the restaurant.  Finally, the ’3 Mushroom Tau Foo’ from their own new creation will recently one of their hot selling.  White fresh tau foo mixed with 3 types mushrooms ‘leng chi gu’, ‘bau yu ku’ and ‘bak ku’ garlic fried presenting the best healthy food to their visiotors.
